PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable even the physically handicapped having a difficulty in walking to move to a position just above a toilet bowl while sitting and further to excrete while directly sitting over the toilet bowl.
SOLUTION: The upper part of a cart body 2, which can be fitted and mounted to a sitting type toilet bowl T over the seat part of the toilet bowl T, is provided with a sitting plane (6), where a person to excrete/user can sit down, and an excretion cart 1 made movable by moving wheels 7 attached on the bottom is formed. The sitting plane (6) of the cart body 2 is provided with an opening/closing seat lid (10), which is freely opened/closed from side to side, for opening/closing an excretion opening 9 formed corresponding to a position just above the seat part of the toilet bowl T. Besides, the cart body 2 is almost box-shaped in a back opening structure, mounted and set in the state of the user moving backward and sitting over the toilet bowl T. The opening/closing seat lid 10 is formed in the size sufficient for covering the excretion opening 9 and formed into swing opening/closing type while being bisected to right and left by oscillating support at the front position of the cart body 2 and the user can move his/her buttocks between the seat part of the toilet bowl T and the opening/closing seat lid 10 itself by moving up the right and left buttocks one by one.
