To provide a seat unit whose wide area can be warmed and cooled regardless of the drawn-in part of the seat cover and which removes a sense of incompatibility of air by a duct.
This seat unit is constituted of an air duct entrance 24 equipped on the pad part backside 22 in the opposite side of the sitting surface 21 of the pad part 20, an air duct 25 with a dent opening part along the pad part backside 22 to pass cool or warm air, a blowing-out air duct 26 to the sitting surface 21 from the air duct 25, a lid member 27 to cover the opening part of the air duct 25, and the surface leather 28 equipped with a blowing-out hole 29 to blow out cool or warm air. Thus a wide area can be cooled or warmed, a sense of incompatibility of sitting feeling by the air duct 25 is improved, and deformation of the air duct 25 by a human body and increase of ventilating resistance are dissolved to perform comfortable air conditioning of the seat.
