Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat for a vehicle, having multiple functional components using bladders, capable of sharing a pump for supplying air to the respective bladders of the functional components, in common, thereby downsizing the whole of the functional components.SOLUTION: Rotation of a single pump 300 in both forward and reverse directions causes the pump to discharge air toward bladders 110, 210 of a lumbar support 100 and a massage device 200 respectively. A rotary valve 220 of the massage device 200, and the pump 300 are driven by one and the same motor, and the rotary valve 220 is coupled to a drive shaft 311 of the motor through a one-way clutch. When the drive shaft 311 of the motor is rotated reversely, the one-way clutch transmits drive power from the motor to the rotary valve 220, and when the drive shaft 311 of the motor is rotated forward, the one-way clutch does not transmit drive power from the motor to the rotary valve 220.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
