Title:
SEAT WEIGHT MEASURING DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3468728
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce working cost or assembling cost by inserting a load sensor in a seat or between the seat and a vehicle body, and arranging strain gauges on the surface of the sensor member.
SOLUTION: A sensor member is provided with a lower insulating layer, a wiring layer, a resistant layer, and an upper insulating layer which are sequentially selectively laminated on the surface. In a sensor 30, an insulating layer (lower insulating layer) 32 for electrical insulation is formed on the sensor plate 31 (spring material) as a base material. A wiring layer 33 is selectively formed on the insulating layer 32. A resistant layer is selectively formed on the wiring layer 33, to constitute a strain gauge. An insulating layer (upper insulating layer) 35 as their protection film is formed. Because electric circuits such as resistance are directly laminatedly formed on the spring material 31 in this way, working cost or assembling cost can be reduced, and heat resistance or anticorrosion property can be improved. The surface distortion is uniformalized, measuring accuracy is improved, and sensitivity change can be prevented.
