Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat weight measuring device improved for highly accurate measurement.
SOLUTION: A load sensor 50 has a cantilever sensor plate 51 elastically deformed by receiving a sensor applied load, and a plurality of strain gages 54a, 54c stuck on one surface (strain measuring face) thereof. This device has an arrangement for deforming the sensor plate so that tensile strain is applied to a part of the plurality of strain gages and compressive strain is applied to the other part when the sensor plate is deformed by receiving the sensor applied load. The strain gages are stuck on a uniform surface strain region.
