To provide a seat with a seat belt device.
This seat with the seat belt device is provided with a pretensioner mechanism for a shoulder belt and that for a lap belt. The operation start time of the first retractor by the pretensioner mechanism for the shoulder belt and that of the second retractor by the pretensioner mechanism for the lap belt are set to be different.
