To secure the space in the interior of a car when a seat is folded while inhibiting the deterioration of comfort of the seat as much as possible by minimizing the occupation rate of an air bag structure in a seat cushion or a seat back.
The seat 1 consists of the seat cushion 20 and the seat back 10 which are foldable around a connection part. When the seat 1 is folded, part of the volume of the seat cushion 20 and the seat back 10 interferes with each other. A main component of the seat is a versatile seat structure securing the seating performance. The volume parts corresponding to the partly interfering parts of the seat cushion 20 and the seat back 10 are formed as the air bag structures 50 and 150. Air in the air bags 50 and 150 is discharged when the air bag structures 50 and 150 are folded; however, when a person is seated on the seat, air is taken in and the discharge of air is restrained, so that a prescribed external shape of the seat is maintained.
