Abstract:
To provide a seat having a moderate cushion property even if a user leans against a backrest portion swiftly.
The backrest portion 12 of the seat 10 is disposed with a cushion member 15, and the surface of the cushion member 15 is disposed with a plurality of parallel grooves 16 for exhausting air in the cushion member 15 by compression deformation when seated. The plurality of grooves 16 are formed so as to be increased stepwise in volume from the lower part to the upper part of the backrest 12, and protruded portions 20 between respective grooves 16 are formed so as to be flat at the top surfaces.
