Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure rigidity of a seat back and achieve sufficient weight reduction.SOLUTION: A seat back structure has: a seat back panel 10; a cushioning material 80; and an intermediate member 70 disposed between the seat back panel 10 and the cushioning material 80. The seat back panel 10 is formed by a metal plate material and provided with embossment parts 50 protruding toward a seating surface side (an intermediate member 70 side) and bead parts 51, each of which encloses the embossment part 50. The intermediate member 70 has specific gravity smaller than that of the cushioning material 80 and hardness which is set larger than that of the cushioning material 80. The intermediate member 70 is formed with contact parts 71 which respectively contact with the embossment parts 50, and recessed parts 72 formed at positions corresponding to the bead parts 51. Spaces K are formed around each contact part 71 between the intermediate member 70 and the seat back panel 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 13
