Abstract:
To solve a problem in a conventional load sensor provided on a seat to detect whether a person is seated or not wherein it detects erroneously that a person is seated when a baggage having a large weight is placed on an empty seat in the case of this load sensor.
A seating detector detecting whether a person is seated or not is constituted in such a way that two human body detection circuits 2, 3 grasping a human body as changes of floating capacity are prepared and sensors 2a, 3a in each human body detection circuit are provided on a tip side of a seat part 1a of the seat 1 and in an upper part of a support for the back 1b to judge that the person is seated by outputs indicating that two human body detection circuits detect the human body.
