Abstract:
To provide a seating load detector enhances reliability in detecting the seating load by monitoring collision without power shortage.
The seating load detector has load sensors 21-24 provided on a seat body to output the load signal according to the distortion, and detects the seating load by the output load based on the load signals of the load sensors 21-24. The seating load detector has a collision detection sensor 6 to output different state signals before and after the collision. A controller 27 determines presence/absence of the collision based on the state signal output from the collision detection sensor 6.
