Abstract:
To obtain a concrete having necessary durability by using seawater and sea sand.
The seawater-mixed concrete is produced by kneading a mixture of slag cement and sea sand with seawater. Addition of a nitrite-based admixture and pozzolan can lower the diffusion coefficient of cured concrete and suppress intrusion of exterior harmful factors.
