Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a second heater of a false twister capable of getting high temperature in a high-speed false twister and giving a desired yarn quality by satisfying the target over-feed ratio.
CONSTITUTION: This second heater is composed of a cylindrical band heater 21. Both side edges 21a are bent outward, a yarn threading slit 21b is formed between the bent edges and a band heater 21 is covered with a heat-insulating material 23 having a threading slit 23a.
