Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a second sheet excellent i, softness and wetting-back resistance and useful for hygienic materials such as sanitary napkins or diapers.
CONSTITUTION: The second sheet for hygienic materials comprises a non-woven fabric which is produced by thermally treating a fiber web containing ≥20wt.% of latent crimpable fibers having a latent crimping ability of ≥20 crimps/2.5cm and ≥20wt.% of-hot adhesive binder fibers and which has a bulk density of 0.04-0.130g/cm3 under a load of 20gf/cm2 and a bulk density of 0.25g/cm3 under a load of 240gf/cm2.
