PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely start an engine of a vehicle, and also cope with deterioration other than secular change.SOLUTION: A secondary battery charging control device comprises: SOH estimation means (a controller 10) that estimates an SOH of a secondary battery 14; SOC upper limit value calculation means (the controller 10) that calculates an SOC upper limit value of the secondary battery from the SOH estimated by the SOH estimation means; SOC lower limit value calculation means (the controller 10) that calculates an SOC lower limit value of the secondary battery from the SOH estimated by the SOH estimation means; SOC estimation means (the controller 10) that estimates an SOC of the secondary battery; and charging control means (the controller 10) that performs charging control of the secondary battery so that the SOC estimated by the SOC estimation means falls within a range between the SOC upper limit value calculated by the SOC upper limit value calculation means, and the SOC lower limit value calculated by the SOC lower limit value calculation means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
