Title:
SECONDARY BATTERY REPETITIVE PULSE DISCHARGER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2023166943
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
To solve a problem of turning the comparator output on and off to make the load current waveform a rectangular pulse waveform with repeated pauses in a constant current circuit using a comparator using an FET, and when heat is dissipated from an FET using a conventional combination of an axial fan and a heat sink, the air is diffused around the heat sink, resulting in a poor air cooling effect.SOLUTION: When a semiconductor analog switch is interposed between a comparator and the gate resistance of an FET, and a SW1 and a SW2 are turned on and off exclusively by a microcontroller module, the charge accumulated in the gate is quickly discharged and the load current waveform does not become dull. A square aluminum pipe is used as a heat sink and a sirocco fan is used to blow air from one end of the square aluminum pipe and exhaust it from the other end, the air volume is not diffused and the cooling effect is increased.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
