Abstract:

To provide a melting furnace for refuse treatment capable of reducing the quantity of unburned components and dioxine in exhaust gas.

The melting furnace for refuse treatment comprises a main combustion chamber and a secondary combustion chamber. The melting furnace for refuse treatment has one horizontal nozzle row and two diagonal nozzle rows with a plurality of air nozzles arranged at equal intervals in the section of the combustion chambers assumed when peripheral walls of the combustion chambers are cut horizontally and when the peripheral walls are cut diagonally in order to blow air into the secondary combustion chamber from the side. The two diagonal nozzle rows are in a positional relationship of being symmetric with respect to one horizontal nozzle row.
