To provide an easily-installable security camera apparatus having fewer independent components.

A security camera apparatus includes: a camera module having sensitivity to infrared light and visible light to capture an image; a human sensor to detect a human; a light sensor to detect light intensity; a visible light source; an infrared light source; and control means to control them, as one body integrally in a housing. The security camera apparatus further includes warning means in voice. When the light intensity detected by the light sensor is lower than a predetermined value, the infrared light source is turned on to allow the camera module to capture an image. When the human sensor detected a human, the visible light source is turned on for a fixed period of time and the warning means generates electronic siren sound or a recorded human voice to give a warning to an intruder. The warning menas may be integrally provided in the housing or may be a separate body wirelessly communicating with a main body of the security camera apparatus.
