The guard device 100 connected with a server device via a network includes: a related event storage part 107 associating and storing an event and a related event; a moving image storage part 102 associating and storing a moving image and photographic time; an event information acquisition part 106 acquiring event information indicating occurrence of the event from a sensor, associating event identification information and occurrence time of the event, and storing them into the moving image storage part 102; a transmission and reception part 108 receiving a transmission request of the moving image for the event occurrence from a monitoring server 200; and a moving image extraction part 109 extracting the moving image including the occurrence time of the event indicated in the transmission request and the moving image including the occurrence time of the related event.
