A security device 100 is provided with: a communication part 105 for receiving an access to an IP address of a security device 100 with a first port number corresponding to a communication protocol with a peripheral to be accessed added thereto, from a monitoring center 200; a peripheral specification part 102 for specifying the peripheral number of a peripheral 150 to be accessed by a port number conversion table 112 determined based on a peripheral number from the first port number; a port number conversion part 103 for converting the first port number into a second port number that designates the peripheral 150 by the port conversion table 112; and an address acquisition part 104 for acquiring an IP address corresponding to the peripheral number. The communication part 105 performs access to the peripheral 150 by adding the second port number to the IP address of the peripheral 150.
