PURPOSE: To improve the security for a security protecting circuit which can prevent a third person who has no due data referring right from using the data stored in an electronic equipment by stealth.

CONSTITUTION: A security infringement detection mechanism 10 detects that the security protecting mechanism applied to an electronic equipment 1 is destroyed. Then the access is inhibited to the data stored in the equipment 1 or these data are erased by a signal (1) that shows the destruction of the security protecting mechanism of the equipment 1. Meanwhile a mechanism is provided to detect that the equipment 1 is forcibly moved from a prescribed place to another place. Then the access is inhibited to the data stored in the equipment 1 or these data are erased by the detection signal received from the precedent forcible movement detection mechanism.
