PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently detect a person's pretending to be a security guard or the like, when a security area where a large number of third persons are present is secured by a plurality of security guards and the like.SOLUTION: Moving image data taken by a camera 31 of a security guard A is transmitted to a management apparatus 50 via a security guard terminal device 40 (2), and the management apparatus 50 determines whether a proper face image (face image recognizable to some extent) of a security guard B is contained in the moving image data (3). When the face image of the security guard B is contained, the management apparatus 50 determines whether an improper third person is pretending to be the security guard B by the use of a registered face image of the security guard B (4). When the proper face image of the security guard B is not contained in the moving image data, a command is transmitted to the security guard terminal device 40 of the security guard A (5), and the security guard A, having confirmed the command, asks the security guard B that the security guard A wants to take an image of the face image of the security guard B (7).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
