Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct a security system using various sensors by using the hardware of an existing telephone exchange.
SOLUTION: The security system is provided with conditions for starting a telephone exchange 10 by connecting a window sensor 1-B, a fire sensor 2-B and the like used for the security system to telephone lines forming an extension and an outside line housed in the telephone exchange 10, a trunk line, a repeater line or the like. Meanwhile, the telephone exchange 10 previously sets sensor identification setting for the telephone line receiving start, sensor sensitivity notification destination setting corresponding to the sensors and the like on the memory table of an MEM 16. In addition, its operation program is incorporated in the MEM 16. As a result, sensor sensitivity information is informed by detecting the sensor sensitivity by the telephone exchange 10; connecting a specified alarm to a specified receiver, a speaker 4, a display panel 5. an alarm bell 6 and the like from a message transmission section 14, a fire annunciator 17 and the like provided as the security system.
