A vehicle is provided with a reading and collating device 8 for reading the ID code of a radio non-contact ID tag 6 owned by a crew and collating this with a pre-registered ID code, a key reception rejecting device 9 for usually prohibiting a key 3 to unlock a door lock 2 and permitting the key 3 to unlock the same when a coincident signal is inputted from the reading and collating device 8, an abnormality determining device 10 for determining the occurrence of abnormality when a door opening signal is inputted from a door opening/closing sensor 4 while no coincident signals are inputted from the reading and collating device 8, a GPS 5 for orienting the position of the vehicle, and a communication device 11 for transmitting the abnormality generating signal of the abnormality determining device 10 and the position information of the GPS 5 to a base station 12.
