When a voice analyzing part A2 extracts a word from voice data outputted from a voice input part A1 by voice recognition technology and outputs the word as voice data, a control part A6 outputs the voice data of the extracted word to an identification part A7. The control part A6 reads voice data of a comparison word from a voice recognition data memory part storing the voice data of the comparison word to be compared with the voice data of the extracted word in advance and outputs the voice data to the identification part A7. The identification part A7 identifies the voice data of the word with the voice data of the comparison word, and when both the voice data are identified with each other, the control part A6 operates a notifying part A8.
