Abstract:
To provide a stacking detection device of transportation articles inside a shute at a conveyor transit portion, that is capable of effectively detecting stacking of the transportation articles, even though a stacking form of the transportation articles is locally deviated, without receiving restriction of an installation position due to a wear resistant liner placed on a shute inner face and a reinforcement rib and a holding structure placed on a shute outer face.SOLUTION: A stacking detection device comprises a rotation shaft 11-3 arranged inside a shute 6 in a freely rotatable manner, a movable plate 11-1 fixed to the rotation shaft, and a detection device 11-2 for determining rotation of the movable plate by monitoring rotation of the rotation shaft. A stacking state of transportation articles inside a shute at a conveyor transit portion is detected by the rotation of the movable plate that is determined by the detection device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
