PURPOSE: To improve the durability of a see-through type touch panel by using a rubber elastic body of ≤ 100kgf/cm2 in terms of Young's modulus as a gap holding member.

CONSTITUTION: Two transparent flexible polymer films 1 containing transparent conductive thin films 2 are arranged so that both films 2 are opposed to each other via a gap holding member 4. The member 4 uses the rubber elastic body of ≤ 100kgf/m2 in terms of Young's modulus. The rubber elastic body uses the silicone rubber, the olefin goup thermoplastic elastomer, a thermop lastic polyurethane elastomer, etc. Thus the durability is improved for a see-through type touch panel containing the member 4.
