This seed disinfecting facility including a seed cooling tank (11) in a post-process of a hot water disinfecting tank (1) is adapted to transfer the seeds while being dipped in hot water in the hot water disinfecting tank (1) to perform hot water disinfection, then to cool the seeds by transferring the seeds from the cooling start end side to the cooling terminal end side in the seed cooling tank (11) that stores cooling water, and to discharge the seeds finished with cooling in the seed cooling tank (11) by reversing a bucket (12) for storing the seeds.
