Abstract:
PURPOSE: To facilitate transportation, installation and recovery and surely carry out protection of planted seedlings from wind animals, strong wind, snowfall, etc.
CONSTITUTION: This seedling-protecting tool 1 is composed of a pair of semi- divided protecting plates 2 molded from a transparent resin and forming an engaging protruded part 5 in the end part on one side and forming an engaging recessed part 6 in the end part on the other side and a strut material 4 fitted in attaching grooves 3 formed in the protecting plates and having a lower end part driven into the ground G. In the seedling protecting tool 1, these engaging protecting plates 2 are integrated into cylindrical shape by engaging the engaging protruded part 5 with the engaging recessed part 6, and the strut material 4 is fitted into the attaching groove 3 and the lower end part is driven into the ground G. Thereby, the protective plates 2 are erected on the ground G so as to surround the circumference of the seedlings N.
