Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a seedling transplanter capable of forcibly returning the steering angles of gauge wheels to zero degree on the lifting operation of the seedling transplanter to improve the efficiency of the seedling-transplanting work.
CONSTITUTION: In this seedling transplanter manufactured by liftably connecting the main body of the transplanter to the rear part of a travel frame, attaching a pair of right and left gauge wheels 26 to the frame of the transplanter main body, and interlockingly disposing gauge wheel-steering means to both the gauge wheels so as to enable the steering of both the gauge wheels and further plant seedlings on ridges with the planting tines of a planting member loaded on the seedling transplanter, a lifting operation-detecting means for detecting the lifting operation of the transplanter main body, and a means for steering the gauge wheels based on the detection result of the lifting operation-detecting means are operated to forcibly return the steering angles of both the gauge wheels to zero angle.
