The bus bars 50A and 50B have a wave shape surface in contact with the contact parts 60A and 60B and composed of first and second clicking peaks ML and MH, and valleys formed on both ends of the first and second clicking peaks ML and MH and between the first and second clicking peaks ML and MH. The height of the first clicking peak ML is different from that of the second clicking peak MH.
