Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure circularity by providing multiple new-segment holding support arms on a rotatable circular member provided on the support mechanism of an existing segment ring.
SOLUTION: A segment support mechanism 2 of a segment assembling device 1 is constituted of support members 21 and a column member 22, and it supports an existing segment 5 assembled into a ring shape. Support arms 4 are expandably provided at intervals on the working face side of a circular member 3 rotatably provided on the column member 22 to support a new segment 7. The support mechanism 2 moves the arms 4 to the fitting position of the new segment 7 via a rotary mechanism for a position adjustment. When the segment 7 is assembled by an erector 81, the arm sections 41 of the arms 4 are extended to the segment 7 and pressed by support plates 42. A moving device 6 inserted with a rod-like body into the rotary mechanism of the support mechanism 2 is provided to move the assembling device 1 in the axial direction of a tunnel. Circularity can be secured, the drop of the segment 7 can be prevented, and execution can be quickly made.
