PURPOSE: To reduce the sorts of work and labor at the site, shorten the construction term, and reduce the construction costs by producing a ferro-concrete mass, heat insulation, and membrane at a factory in the form of segments of three-layer structure.
CONSTITUTION: Heat insulation 2 is arranged on the inside surface of a ferro-concrete mass 1, and a membrane 3 is installed on the inside surface of the insulation. The membrane 3 is furnished with wrinkled corrugation 4 stretching striding the position of a joint 5 as a surplus portion so that expansion and contraction due to temp. change are absorbed. The tip 6 of this corrugation 4 is subjected to a whole circumference welding 9 so that the air-tightness of the membrane 3 is retained. This enables producing a segment of three-layer structure consisting of ferro-concrete mass 1, heat insulation 2, and membrane 3 in advance at a factory in a single piece structuring.
