Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To move a movable scaffold beyond the top of a pier in a short time while saving power, even if the pier is present below a girder under construction. SOLUTION: A movable working scaffold is divided into a left split scaffold 40 and a right split scaffold 42 by separating the working floor 28 (28a, 28b) of a horizontal scaffold into first and second working floors 28a, 28b. The left split scaffold 40 and the right split scaffold 42 are raised by an existing crane, and when the first and second working floors 28a, 28b separated come to positions above the top of a pier 2, the movable working scaffold is moved beyond the top of the pier 2 by the horizontal movement of the existing crane and the first and second working floors 28a, 28b separated are again connected together to complete an operation. Therefore, the moving operation is complete in a shorter time while consuming less power than conventional scaffold moving operations.
