Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base-isolated building positioning tool that can be easily fitted to the foundation even in a narrow space between the foundation and building body, and can receive reaction force of horizontal force for putting the building body back to its origin position for the foundation without exerting any adverse influence on the foundation etc.SOLUTION: A base-isolated building positioning tool 1 comprises a top end mount part 2 mounted on a top end 21a of the foundation 21, and a pair of raised surface abutting parts 3, 3 made to abut on raised surfaces 21b, 21b on both sides of the foundation 21, respectively. The top end mount part 2 has a reaction force receiving part 4 which receives reaction force of horizontal force imparting means in one direction. The top end mount part 2 consists of two divided bodies 2A, 2B. Fastening means 8 for fastening the two divided bodies 2A, 2B to each other is provided. The reaction force receiving part 4 is formed over the two divided bodies 2A, 2B.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
