Abstract:
To provide a seismic isolation device allowing vibration of a building itself upon a large earthquake to be reduced to achieve damage reduction on a building structure and safety of a dwelling environment to be kept through a construction of the seismic isolation device under the building of a low-rise one.SOLUTION: In a seismic isolation device: single ball rolling bearings (2) are arranged at four positions under four corners of a steel frame base (9); a bearing receiving SUS flat plate (1) is horizontally fixed on four corners of a base pressure-resistant slab (10); an anchor buried concrete raised base (11) for a pull spring fixing end is provided; a pull spring (3) is placed in a mutual facing horizontal direction of an X direction and a Y direction of the steel frame base (9); a pull spring (6) is placed for prevention of lifting of the frame base and resonance; and a predetermined stationary position at normal time is kept after the pull spring (3) and the pull spring (6) are connected and fixed by applying a predetermined tension when attaching these pull springs.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
