Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prevent two fluids from mixing together without fail, by making a purging fluid get led into a main passage inside a valve body at the time of flow passage selection. CONSTITUTION:A main housing 14 is provided with a first inflow port 22 and a second inflow port 24, and each inflow port is interconnected to each feed pipe for different gases A and B in type. Such a wrap-around-form clearance 80 as surrounding about a half of a valve body's outer circumferential surface, by way of example, is formed in space between an inner circumferential surface of a housing 12 and the outer circumferential surface of the valve body 28. Therefore, purge gas to be flowing in from a purge gas intake port once enters the inside of this wrap-around-form clearance 80, then successively it heads for an outflow port 26 and flows in a converter after passing through another end opening 38b by way of an opening 38a at the one end inflow side of a main passage.
