Abstract:
To select an air conditioner of which energy consumption becomes minimum.
The maximum thermal load of a building installed in an air conditioner is calculated, and an air conditioner having a capacity for storing the maximum thermal load is temporarily selected. The energy consumption of the temporarily selected air conditioner is calculated based on the partial load generation frequency of the building. The life cycle costs of the air conditioner are calculated based on the energy consumption or initial costs or the like, and the air conditioner whose life cycle costs are the minimum is selected from the temporarily selected air conditioner.
