Abstract:
To provide a selection system and selection program capable of improving evacuation efficiency while improving safety in evacuation.SOLUTION: A monitoring device 3 selects among multiple floor areas, instruction object areas to which evacuation instruction is to be issued when an abnormality occurs. The monitoring device includes: an acquisition section 351 for acquiring states of staircases related to evacuation object persons, that are states of the staircases for allowing evacuation object persons to evacuate from multiple floor areas; an estimation section 352 for estimating congestion states of staircases based on the states of the staircases acquired by the acquisition section 351; and a selection section 353 for selecting areas other than a predetermined priority instruction area among the multiple floor areas as the instruction areas based on the congestion states estimated by the estimation section 352.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
