To provide a selective gas enriching apparatus which prevents the occurrence of freezing and an abnormal noise by reducing the production of condensate in a ventilation path from a pump to an outlet as much as possible and rapidly discharging the produced condensate from the outlet.
The selective gas enriching apparatus is provided with a gas enriching unit having a function to enhance the concentration of a prescribed gaseous component, the pump for delivering the gaseous component and the outlet for discharging the gaseous component delivered from the pump, in which an air velocity detecting means is arranged in the ventilation path from the gas enriching unit to the outlet and a controller for controlling the operation of the pump by the signal from the air velocity detecting means is disposed.
