Abstract:
PURPOSE:To shorten the total execution time of a test program and also shorten both the time spent for a communication with devices and a wait time wherein they are processed. CONSTITUTION:A computer memory 24 is stored with a lift of the devices 32-34 and 41-43 used for respective measuring operations. Before measurements are taken by them, devices which are not used for the measurement are judged and inactivated.
