To set calling control by a specified individual unit by setting an operation with a telephone number as a password, performing a normal calling operation when the telephone number included in a received message is matched with the set telephone number and inhibiting the calling operation by alarm tone when they are not matched with each other.

An ID identification part 21 provided in a control part 4 compares a calling number included in data signals with its own selective calling number written in a PROM 5 beforehand, a message analysis part 22 decodes the message from the data signals and a password collation part 23 collates its own password recorded beforehand with the password included in the received message. When both match, it is judged that calling is present, speaker alert signals are outputted to an amplifier circuit 11, LED alert signals 29 are outputted to the amplifier circuit 13 and only the message from a desired specified person is reported by the sound of a speaker and the blinking of a LED.
