To provide a selective solid phase extraction method for separating, concentrating or extracting an exogenous endocrine disruptor of a phenolic or an organic chlorine-based compound in an aqueous liquid by use of a polymer material obtained by a mold polymerization method.
In this selective solid phase extraction method, an exogenous endocrine disruptor of a phenolic or an organic chlorine-based compound present in an aqueous liquid is separated, concentrated or extracted, by use of a polymer material obtained by removing the exogenous endocrine disruptor from a substance obtained by reacting a reactive compound in the presence of the exogenous endocrine disruptor. Thus, by using the polymer material, the solid phase extraction of the exogenous endocrine disruptor can be selectively executed.
