Abstract:
To provide a self absorb function bearing capable of effectively preventing reduction of the bearing performance by a vibration caused by a bad road during transportation, and also to provide a method for manufacturing the same and an application thereof.
The self absorb function bearing, the method for manufacturing the same and various kinds of motors assembled with the same are characterized in that a whole surface of an inner ring, an outer ring and a rolling body of a roller bearing is covered by a rust-resistant coating film layer in which 0.5 wt.%-10 wt.% of an extreme pressure agent is contained in a rust-resistance oil forming the rust-resistant coating film layer.
