Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the wear of an anti-loosening protruded part of a punched cage due to contact between a locking recessed part which is formed in a shaft raceway disc of a self-aligning thrust roller bearing and the anti-loosening protruded part.SOLUTION: An anti-loosening protruded part 13 has a concave face 13a bent in the same direction as an outer diameter face 8b of a locking recessed part 8 and having a smaller curvature than the outer diameter face 8b. The concave face 13a is shaped along the outer diameter face 8b of the locking recessed part 8 and an outer diameter face 6a of a flange part 6 of a shaft raceway disc 1. The anti-loosening protruded part 13 contacts the outer diameter face 8b of the locking recessed part 8 only via the concave face 13a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
