A spring hole 14 is formed axially on a disc part 13 of a hub iron core 2. A guide notch 15 in parallel to the spring hole is formed on a collar part of a resin sleeve 1 or on a circumference of the disc part, 2b. One end 3a is inserted from the disc part, side of the spring hole to the middle of the collar part for being bent outward of the disc part next to the end and for being bent to the bearing side to engage with the guide notch. A wire spring 3 having the other end 3d bent is arranged such that either an inner ring 4 or an outer ring 5 abutted on the other end 11b of the collar part is sandwiched and energized on the collar side. An abutting face 3f of the inner ring or the outer ring of the wire spring is non-skid-treated.
