Abstract:
To provide a self boring rivet capable of eliminating a test for determining a depth of a center hole and a radius-making process to a bottom of a hole and easily performing a quality inspection of a connecting state at a low cost.
The self boring rivet is comprised of a shaft portion knocked into a connected member, and a head portion formed on an upper end portion of the shaft. The self boring rivet has a throttle-hole that passes through from a lower end portion of the shaft to the head portion.
