To provide a self-climbing stage which can follow such a change of a skeleton that the width of a building to be constituted is decreased and that an outer surface is changed inward.
This self-climbing stage 1, which is composed of a unit frame 2 arranged along the periphery of the building T, ascends along with the upward construction of the building T. The self-climbing stage 1 is equipped with a guide frame 4 which is driven to ascend with respect to the building T, and into which ends of the unit frames 2 are to be inserted from both side portions, respectively. In the guide frame 4, an end unit 2a of the unit frame 2 is disassembled, pulled out upward and removed. The self-climbing stage is also equipped with a protective sheet 5 for covering the outer periphery of the unit frame 2 and that of the guide frame 4.
