PURPOSE: To mount cooling metals of upper and lower dies together on a pre-set jig plate, to maintain an arrangement of the cooling metals of the upper and lower dies on the pre-set jig plate and to automatically and respectively seal them on the upper and lower dies.

CONSTITUTION: An upper and lower die cooling metal pre-set plate 2 mounting upper and lower die cooling metals together on upper and lower casting dies respectively corresponding to an upper and lower casting dies, and an upper and lower die chuck mechanisms 6, 7 respectively clamping and leaving the upper and lower die cooling metals on the upper and lower die cooling metal pre-set jig plate 2 are provided. Further, a 1st conveying means 8 broadening and narrowing an interval between the upper and lower dies by horizontally moving one side, at least, of the upper and lower chuck mechanism 6, 7, a lifting means 9 supporting the upper and lower die chuck mechanism 6, 7 and the 1st conveying means 8 freely swinging and ascending and descending them, a 2nd conveying means 10 conveying between right upper positions of the upper and lower die chuck mechanisms 6, 7, the 1st conveying means 8 and the lifting means 9, and a horizon means 11 making the lifting means 9 in a horizontal state are provided.
