Title:
SELF-DIAGNOSING METHOD OF INSPECTION DEVICE USING FLUID
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH0566119
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To transmit a signal when the value of a fluidized body does not meet the standard so that an abnormality can be found by sending the fluidized body from one of two communicating holes formed on an inspecting jig so as to be opposed to each other with the mold space of the jig between at the time of no inspection, and measuring its pressure by a sensor provided on the other. CONSTITUTION:The self-diagnosis of an inspecting device 1 is executed when a ball stud is not provided on an inspecting jig 32. A fluidized body is blown out from an injection means 13, and entered into a pressure classifying means 41 through a communicating hole 10, a mold space 26 and a discharge means 12. The pressure of the entered liquid is measured by the sensor 41, and the information from an access sensor 27 placed near the opening part 3 of a jig 2 is transferred to a self-diagnostic part 44 by a judging part 42. The measurement value is compared with a standard pressure value set in a standard setting part 49 by a comparing part 48, and confirmed by a judging part 50. When the value does not meet the standard value, an abnormality signal is transmitted to stop the device 1. Thus, when the pressure of the fluidized body blown out from the injection means 13 is changed, it can be immediately found.
